Sometimes it helps to put the belt and pulleys all on together,but if you have already fitted the pulleys cant you "wind it on" by starting it off on the pulleys and turning the engine over?. |

If your cam sprocket is 2 parts, then you could try it the way I did.
I seriously doubt it! |

Split the 2 halves and fit the inner and the crank sprocket, wrap the belt round the crank sprocket and cam outer sprocket then fit the cam outer sprocket with the belt on it, if you can follow that.
