got the mini started tonight and it runs fine and sounds good *happy* ...problem is the oil pressure light...when ignition is on the light is off,but when running the light comes on and it should be the other way round! any ideas

you have a metro oil pressure switch fitted

fit a mini one and it will be normal

If you wire in the fuel pump like this

Then it will fix this problem.
But be aware that I don't show a inertia switch in that diagram, which you really should be fitting also!
