im after a metro turbo engine but what prices should i be looking at ? what is the rough price for a standard metro turbo engine ? cheers

Basically buy the engine for all the turbo ancillaries rather than the engine, because 1) the engine is likely to be knackered and 2) they are pretty much the same as every other 1275.

£170 for mine, though I think I went to the most rural place ever to collect it! We ended up off proper roads onto tracks on the Dorset, Devon, Somerset boarders.

i bought four engines for £550 from england last year. one MG metro 1275, 1275 injection and 2x 1275 metro.
in my coutnry are very rare, so i have to think for the future. all engines were from running cars.
