Same shape as the old ones, but the profile in now CNC machined with a cutting tool, rather than water-jet cut. The 82-degree countersink is also CNC'd (repeatably perfect) and the whole thing anodised black.

Looks good, what size are the bolts used on the countersunk holes as i need to get some screw type ones. 5/16th's? |
