how do i identify whether or not i have a turbo cylinder head or not without taking it apart to measure the exhaust valves i.e. sodium filled SKYLINES ARE LIKE CLITS, EVERY FLANGE SEEMS TO HAVE ONE: see this sticker on my silvia

You can tell if it has sodium valves by the thickness of the valve stem, they will look considerably thicker than the inlets.

As the valve stem is bigger. Is the retainer bigger as well or are just the valve collets different? On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

The valve seam is visably bigger... as are the guides and as the collets have to match, the spring cap is slightly bigger. The springs are all the same size...

i have got both turbo and std cooper head, the turbo head has got dual valve springs, is this std? and the springs on my cooper head are about 5mm taller than my trubo ones!
