A bit off topic, but I thought this was cool, I made this cake stand for my wedding using a conrod my mate wrecked in his mini7, and some valves another mate bent in his miglia.

Here are the valved a rod before I started tinkering with them.

Impressive job, how that rod didn't snap I don't know.

A friend of mine used 3.8 M5 inlet valves as door handles in his home *wink*
