There isn't such a thing as standard. The restrictor is a brass tube in the plenum. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

There isn't a restrictor plate as such, the restrictor is built into the plenum and is a cylindrical brass insert with two slots in it. If you can post a pic of your plenum then we can confirm it is still there for you.

thanks for that. mine dos ant seem to have one. do you think this will make any difference to my front mounted supercharger.

The restrictor is required to make the carb sensitive to boost, without it your fueling will be permanently on another planet. Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:
