today i finally got started on my second turbo'd mini.
i began by cutting the all important hole for the bulkhead box.
it went really well, i really wasn't looking forward to doing this .
just got to wait for monday now for my mate to weld the box in.
then i have all next week off work to hopefully get it all sorted..

A question for future reference, how and what did you use to cut it?

i used an angle grinder with a cutting disc. then used a grinding disc to tidy it all up.

we used a plasma cutter on mine, that was nice and easy. until i realised i hadn't moved the loom out of the way and it almost went up in smoke!

I used a reciprocating saw for mine, like arno says it makes a nice clean straight cut without the mess.

You can also be quite accurate with it.
