Gauging interest JKD 5 Spd with Quaife LSD

Friend of mine will be selling his JKD 5 spd box soon.
Its recently been refurbished by JKD (before he went bust again!) and was fitted with a quaife LSD running a 3.6:1.
Centre oil pick up etc etc
Its still currently attached to his engine, but will be coming out soon.

Hes after £2500 for it, anyone interested???

Box on its own is worth about a grand - I sold one two or three years ago and complete diff with outputs worth £250-300 max. Also seen others on the bay!

People are talking about the Minispares kit 5 speed and it certainly isn't better than that even rebuilt.

So really hes looking at getting half of that then for it. I did think he was on the steep side.

I think a 4 speed box is worth anything from £400 to £1000, and 5 speed anything from £800 to £1600 on a good day. I remember a jkd 5 speed going up to £2300 on ebay, and that ha dent been rebuilt. its in the hand of the gods.
ill give him £500 for it lol

Any chance of him splitting the CWP out of it? Could swap him a very good 4.2 so he could still sell complete, plus a few quid if needs be......
Need a sensible CWP for a road trip!!!!!
