Had my, i know alot about carbs mate round helping me rebuild The carb tonight. he striped it etc. then started putting it back Together.

Drill.....carefully..if you were re-assembling it should not be frozen at all and should come right out with an EZ-out....but I have never got those damn things to work... Edited by Mikes1098 on 15th Aug, 2008. |

Eazy-outs are rarely sucessful at small diameters - by the time you have drilled the hole for them, the metal left is so thin the easy-out tends to spread it out and the broken bit grips tighter.

i am sure you would be able to pick up another carb for the same price or less as eazy outs. the time spent sorting it you may aswell but another carb. |

Damper (moving part) is the same I believe... Damper body is the same apart from the groove (which is redundant, but a good weigth saving)... LOL
