Drill.....carefully..if you were re-assembling it should not be frozen at all and should come right out with an EZ-out....but I have never got those damn things to work...

Eazy-outs are rarely sucessful at small diameters - by the time you have drilled the hole for them, the metal left is so thin the easy-out tends to spread it out and the broken bit grips tighter.

First try a left hand drill bit to drill the hole (assuming you have a power or cordless drill that will run backwards). What happens is as you drill the hole and the drill snags, it unscrews the broken bit anyway.

Typical example here but there are places that sell them in individual sizes.

I drilled a very small hole on the broken part.
It seems very brittle.

you might be able to knock / push a small torx into the hole you've drilled and undo it.

New carb body. Put a post on here asking for an old, f**ked carb - so long as the body is good.

Damper (moving part) is the same I believe... Damper body is the same apart from the groove (which is redundant, but a good weigth saving)... LOL

Yes, that's the same - or if it isn't, I've been using the wrong one for years.
