just wondering that myself - I know some people do lift the rear of the mini bonnet for clearance and / or airflow, but I can't say if the airflow is enhanced. Perhaps the brackets are a do it yourself job too. |

do you mean by lifting the bonnet by the skuttle pannel? if so, get a bonnet pin kit, and put a piece of pipe over the top, this will lift the bonnet up like this

i dont have a pic of mine but its lifted enough to stop hot start problems and also enough that everyone i pass tells me its open. lol but if you just fit it so that the bolt closest the windscreen sits on top with a washer to wedge the bracket. and the one towards the front of the car fitted normal. hope this makes sense to you. lol |
