GT17 rebuild kit-worth rebuilding or not?

Anyone found a good (preferably UK for speed) supplier of these kits? The last kit I bought on Ebay some of the parts were slightly wrong and some missing!

Ive tried mellets and they only sell to trade.

if you dont manage to find anywhere else mate let me know mellets details and possibly a part number or exactly what you want and i will order them in through my work then post it on to you?

just paypal the money through if you want to go this way. im sure there will be something about though.

Ah nice one! Ive taken it out tonight and I think there are signs of the compressor wheel hitting the housing. There is only a slight burr on the blades, but I suppose the smallest amount will knock it out of balance?

Also noticed a crack running from the turbine wheel towards the outside of the exhaust housing. Not sure how salvageable it is?

The black mark is where I guess it first came into contact?



Im sure Ive read that this is quite common with turbos and not much of a problem, but its cracked on the right side.
