I need same help............

My engine don't wont to start....
I see that the problrm is the fuel, I try to lift the dashpot piston whit a finger, and in same time to start the engine...
the fuel didn't go from the Float chamber (the tube) to the engine.

The carb is the N/A hiff 44 turbed whit a repaire turbo kit, seal dashpot, yellow spring and turbo needle.....

I don't now what happen, all is properly mounted .........

is fuel def getting into the carb?
