Working up the BHP ladder.

Ok so after all the running in business i finally got down to Peter Baldwins place in Royston to wind up the boost and sort the fueling. First run on the rollers Peter notices somethings spraying out from the carb......now ive been chasing a smell of petrol for since the engine went in but never found anything.
Turns out that only when under boost, one of the drilling that are supposidly blocked off, is pissing petrol out all over the place *angry*

This is the second 'new' carb from Burlen as the first one wouldn't even start the engine up!
Anyway managed to temporarily block it to get home safe so i can do a proper job (as Burlen seen unable).

Anyway rant over.....sorry.

Managed 118bhp@5800rpm 5psi boost.

spraying out fuel under boost omg that could have been soo much worse mate atleast the problem was discovered in time

LOL @ Vegard

Its running about 8.8:1, wanted to boost to 12psi but will sort the fuel out first. Carb off tonight.
