Right then, Which is the best HG for me to use in my supercharged MPI, The one that was on it was an AF470. Ive heard a few people say use BK450 and others say AF460?

But which is best???

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

AF460 is the original 'copper' gasket

The BK450 gasket set is DK451 *wink*

AF470 is the same as BK450 but with extra copper sealing rings around more holes *wink*

AF470 or BK450. as Sprocket above, AF470 has an extra sealing ring so could be slightly better but to be fair i've never had one fail around that area, so either

BK450, accept no substitutes.

Copper gaskets can have a tendancy to leak along the front of the head not life threatening but not right either.

If undecided read the top line.
