basically, i have my 1994 supra tt 6speed up for sale, i have not had much interest (only tire kicking chavs looking to go for a spin it it:()

and i have had an offer straight swap for a fiat punto grande sport 1.4 2006, its still in warrenty untill dec/2009 the insurance is 1/7th of the supra

i am torn half of me wants cash to put into the mini, the other half says its been for sale for over 3 months an i have already dropped my price by 1630 quid

If it was an acceptable everyday car then I would say go for it, but not a poxy punto. I would just hold out for the cash or a better PX

yeh, hold out for a better offer or a decent buyer, i'm in the same boat trying to sell my subaru impreza, just keep getting asked to swap for golfs or st200, you will regret it if you swap for a fiat punto.

A Fiat Punto should be easy to sell. Therefore if he is realistic on the money side of things tell him to sell it and give you the cash, then you will give him the Supra. Easy.

yeah but another twist, i was hit by an arse of a driver, obviously declaired it to my insures who have it down as an open claim pending and will be open untill the other driver claims (witch he wont he had no damage) or 12months is up, at witch point the case will be closed and filed as non fault, non payed, now the arse about this is my car has slight damage(the damage can be seen in that pic but not clearly) and my no-claims bonus has been suspended my requote is huge, and if i change insurers i will lose ncb regardless, im over a barrel
