i am running a standard 1275 engine witha turbo carb that has been fully rebuilt and has a high boost needle and dash pot spring, the engine is not running all that good, it miss fires thorough the rev range between 3000 - 4000 revs, could the needle and dash pot spring be the problem

lol should elaborate, other than the needle and spring a turbo carb should function identical to a NA carb. im quite sure.

i think we've got about 4 normal HIF44's between us all in good condition one of them was off my old MG metro engine.
