I have used MED in the past but can't aford MED prices!! LOL. Simon is waiting for me at the moment to drop my head and fly wheel to him.

I wish I was so luck.. Being in Bahrain makes it impossible to go down there. It just should not be this way.. I cant see any excuse for a 2 year delay. I was promised a refund in the begining of Sept, it takes less than a week for an international transfer to clear. Nothing yet no parts no money. He doesnt answear emails, phone messages so I've gone to court. I can imagine that it will drag on there aswell.. All for a few a-series parts imagine!

For anybody who deals with him and is happy I wish you the best of luck in future and for anybody who hasnt dealt with him.. you can guess what my advice would be.

just tried to have a look at the morspeed site ,and got bombarded with malware virus trojany sort of stuff ,took 3 scans to get rid of it all ,so be warned .

I can confirm that Morspeed's site does contain trojan's from javascript on every page I belive the trojan is obfuscated. Most anti virus programs detect it, but I doubt all will.

I have delt with him before for my supercharger, soon got all the bits after about 9 months, however I got a good price in the end, will never deal with him again, will go to MED from now on.

I was ripped off by him, I bought a 1340 built engine, turned out when I picked it up it said +20 on the pistons. I questioned him about it and he told me it was a stroked crank to give 1340cc. Phoned him a couple of months later and gave him the engine code, asked him what crank it had in it, and he said standard! so I proved it was 1293. I complained, threatened court lol and he gave me a stage 4 head for free so I cant complain at the outcome, but it did take him ages to do. I wouldn't advise using him. I also will be using MED from now on, as they are even closer to home!

I have now had to get trading standards involved!

Perhaps when this is all done with, you could document it, such that if anyone else complains you couild show them how you, living in Bahrain succesfully got your coin back.
I feel you will be chased and hounded many times otherwise - if you simply have it written down what you did, then folks can follow your lead.

Filled in the forms.. Paid the fee.
Judgement was made against him.
I paid for the warrant and the bailiff went for my money.
It just took a lot of waiting as there are minimum timeframes..
Really didnt do anything special just had to wait and wait.
