Do a search on Champcar, he was team owner. Also won a few races himself in various categories.

Yepp he was heavily involved in racing - not to mention his sauces too - all the profit went to charities and the likes. Diagnosed with cancer then decided he wasnt going to die in a hospice - went home and died among friends. RIP Doc(Cars).
