i have a feeling that the turbo is hoiked up closer to the engine to allow for the smaller engine bay in a mini.

Could this be down to the oil drain? The drain on the block isn't much lower than the exit of the drain on the turbo and it has a long way to go.

Thats far too horizontal for my liking and too long. Needs to be much shorter and closer to vertical - although I'm not sure how you'd achieve that with how that is set up. I have seen people run it into the breather on the transfer gear casing.... On 15th Jul, 2009 fastcarl said:
