hi, i will be drilling and tapping the block to take an 11 stud head. what depth can i go over the water pump end? is this depth measured from the tip of the drill bit or the full thickness of the bit?

is the 12.5mm from the tip or the full width of the drill?thanks |

dont go depper than 12.5mm or else!! |

It doesn't matter that much if you break through anyway, as long as the stud is sealed correctly. |

Why would you want to do this? I have run 14:1 cr and not needed the extra bolts.
