The balance valve is on the rear subframe and I'm waiting on my mate to make my new brake lines so all will be new

your bright yellow sub frame mounts remind me that i dont have any! can anyone tell me the importance of them the car never had them when i bought it so never thought anything of it until now.. mine is a hydro car with two tower bolts per side if that makes a difference?

awaiting for some union ends for the oil cooler and just a few small bits and she is ready to fire up

as for the poly bushes yellow was the only ones i could get without a wait
they are just a bush really

All Aussie produced mini's have solid mounted front subframes, they mount straight to the body without rubbers.

well its up and running



few small issues, small oil and water leak
tappets need adjusting a bit more

also the dump valve is on but didnt work when i rev'd it? any ideas

It won't work unless your making boost which you probably won't on the spot with no load on the engine.

And an oil leak from the oil pipe union

it nice to see it together looks grate this is what makes me want to finish mine also make me think i should have taken the easy route and cut the bulk head lol fast turn around

brakes bleed and all working now
