Do i need to cut the bar down on the avonbar actuator? It wont wind down into the arm that much

Ul have to pull the arm on, the shorter the arm the more boost, if the arm just slips over it will run nearly zero boost.

yeh, ihad the same problem, just cut it down to roughly the same length as the standard actuator 133.5 bhp 123 lb torque 116mph @6640rpm 9.5psi

not too much preload on those actuators either otherwise the boost will be sky high 1mm should be ok for standard pressure if its the 10psi one. 133.5 bhp 123 lb torque 116mph @6640rpm 9.5psi
