I am gunna tackle my manifold gasket this w/e
the one i have has metal reinforcements around the ex outlets

is this a turbo gasket

Possibly..

I believe the injection models have these reinforcing rings, either works as i have used both.

Are you sure it is the manifold gasket gone as more often they are just blowing from the downpipe clamp.

i use these gaskets 2 or 3 times and have no problems.

inj gaskets have a flat look to them , turbo ones have a more uneven look like carbon fibre , both work .

Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....

The 'pukka' gasket is the same colour as a 'Rich Tea' biscuit, with steel tings around the exhaoust ports only
