how scary is it.just bought a house(bungalow) with my gf,first house,first time living together.hope all goes well.but its bought a for a great price and has garage and workshop.

do you all rememeber your first house.and fitrst time livng with your gf /missus

Well, after the first, second, third, fourth,..... and I think this is the fifth, the novelty wears off.

But I'm getting on a bit, so my thoughts don't count....

Wifey and I bought the first one in 198* (can't remember the exact year) and for well under £20k....

My Late parents bought their first house in 195* for, I think, less than £2k....

How things have changed.

cheers guys,yeah hopefully the me and missus thing will work out.shes a good girl.and were a great couple.

but building of engine will take that little longer but i think its more than worth it.

but after today im hoping our mortgage will still be all valid.as the shit has really hit the fan now with the economic side of things and a global recession with no easy way out.

but i do have an agreed statement thing from the buidling society to say it should be all valid.but im guessing they can still take that away at any time.

the amount of paper work and short term hecticness.really surprised how quickly things happen with it all.solicitors,mortgage advisers.estate agents.
