nr coventry

i'm after a decent & usable set of cooper s/midget conrods to make a 1430/1460 you know what i'm thinkin chaps price hmmmmm whats the going rate & whats the tubo minis rate *surprised*D

the Search-section on this forum is blummin superb & simple to use, unlike some other forums, without the search-section & the help of this bunch of chaps on here i'll never be able to !!!Start the day with a 998cc turbo!!! :) i'm getting closer though!

rare as hens teeth ... you may be lucky though

the S rods are very strong go for these

whats the going rate on price for these? i remeber seeing them ages ago at shows for £55 i'd have thought they're more than that now

By the time you buy a good set, get them worked, stress relieved and balanced, you may aswel get some H section from John Kimmins.

The SC rods are big journal rods, so no good in a stroked motor.

You could use the Jonspeed minis ones *indifferent*

I have four sets they are balanced and shot peined with the counter weight lightned they are balanced end over end buy I need £220 a set they are coopers I also have 3 sets of the midget need £180 a set they are worked the same as abouve

The S rods will be £386.50 which includes ARP bolts

The spec of the rods will be:-

Material: - 4340 steel

CNC machined from a forged blank

Hardened/ peened

finish machined/balanced

5.75 inch centres

ARP bolts

weight - TBC
