You can take a lot of weight out of them. I did it with mine. Hard work mine you. Also depends if your running coilovers on the front, to where and how much you remove.
I drill holes in everything..! |

I've seen 2 standard front subframes in the last 2 weeks that have cracked right across the middle at the front. |

I've seen that a few times too, isn't that because there top engine steady's a shagged, so the bottom one is taking all the abuse, and so stressing the front of the subframe? On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

Yeah could be, I'd always fit 3 steadies as a minimum anyway. |
