Thought i best update this only 4 years later...
Been into classic bikes in a big way and the mini has been sitting unloved for quite some time.
unfortunately i had an accident on a bike and now find myself off work and looking back at the mini.

is how it currently stands,
the doors are fitted and painted and most of the widows are fitted.

i need to take a trip and see what still to be done

Sorry to hear about the accident. Hope its nothing to serious. It is the one thing that has put me off doing the bsa in the shed (and my distinct lack of ability to finish any of my other projects!)

Glad to see your back into the mini though

The accident wasn't too serious. its the banging my head on landing thats the problem.
broken shoulder and a couple of ribs. small bleed on the brain
it was luckily not on a classic. I'm not sure the commando would have fared very well....
I've also got the problem of not finishing projects... my BSA still requires a bit of paint and some assembly.

anyway.
as it goes ill be dropping a std 1275 in this. fancy engine plans went as the bikes arrived

thought i should update this, after recovering from my bike accident, buying a house, buying a lotus and then extending the garage i have pulled this to the front of the queue.
Its probably about time i finished it before i beat Rob's build timescale.

I need to have a look and see what it needs, but the quick glance tells me i should probably paint it again.
hopeful for an update soon
