EDIT - just realised my english here is appalling... what I meant was if it's been built with a suitable CR for that spec cam, it could well have had the CR raised. If you're thinking turbo now, as a generalisation, CRs would normally need to be lowered but, more to the point, you need to think ahead - what level of boost do you intend to use - then choose the CR accordingly.
