Just to help you out it might be worth specifing what T2 you are after. I would assume that you want an R5 GT type, but you might not.

Also, there is no commercially off-the-shelf down pipe for a T2 for a mini other than the mirage; but that's no good if you're using a metro manifold. You will have to make one.

A few people have made batches of the flange, but as far as I know, none are left. The diagram is knocking around somewhere though, so getting one cut shouldn't be difficult.
