Hi Guys time being hard now and all that, i'm putting a site together to see if any one wants to buy any of my photos over the years, I'm about to post up the avon park photos along with my other i have, so i wanted to ask...............

Should i post up just the cars at avon or others like people and fun stuff, jut not sure how peeps would feel about seeing there selfs in the disco!!

i'd be interested without a doubt! good bit of inspiration for the garage!

The option to buy posters of said photos for the garage/workshop/bedroom/bathroom wall (whatever floats yer boat!) would be good.

Matt, are there any legal implications of taking and selling pictures of people without there consent? I'm guessing not as the paparazzi do it all the time. Other than that go for it.

Not sure how many will buy pictures of the people (I might be interested) but Im sure we could have a good laugh at them.

Good point Rob, I don't think there are issues, But if people don't want a picture posted i'll remove it straight away for them.
Yes Paul i know what you mean, the site will be more for the Main feature cars for sale, with some show posted in for good measure. But like all things it's worth a try.

only thing i can see people not liking is there reg number being put on the web, it doesnt bother me but some people dont like it. just a thought.

but like you say you can always remove pics if you get complaints.

as far as i ws aware, if you take a picture in a public , then you can show it wherevere you see fit,

The picture is the property of the photographer. I think people have to be aware they're being photographed or not in a situation where it would be an invasion of privacy.

I think these car photographs taken and sold by other people are expensive, people are much more likely to part with cash for a picture nicely taken, printed (framed an option) of their P&J, but I can't see you making money off the evening/people pics.

i take loads of pics of other peoples cars.

i highly doubt people have ever taken pcs of mine as there are both monstrousities atm but im sure when they are both refurbed if it gets any pics taken of them i would buy them

it'll make me feel like i have actually done something constructive

i think it makes you feel good knowing people are photoing your master piece
