Anyone have any contacts that can make me an exhaust manifold flange from a gasket template?

Thanks

I think Demon Tweeks had exhaust flanges for A-series in the past. Worth a call... They were cheap as well if I remember correctly.

It might come to that, but with me being lazier than a mexican villiage I would rather just buy one in :)

Years ago I got some Laser cutting done at my local college, had a chat to the chap who ran the machine shop and he did it on the side for a bottle of scotch.

My mate runs a water cutting business. Anything you can watercut, he'll do. Head gaskets, etc. PM and I'll pass it on

Bugger off, I'm getting there.

I've used these guys in the past:

I supplied .dxf drawings but I think they can work to a pattern too.

just send a company a dxf file...and they will cut anything in no time. If you have a sketch, send me a copy and I'll sort a file out for you. :)
