You really need to be more specific to your requirements. Every intercooler installation is different and hence there is no "standard" pipe arrangement.

Figure out the way you want to route it and order a set or the right dia and bends!

i have a intercooler of a transit not sure the dia will check also want a bleed valve with pipes

ok the intercooler is 2" dia ends

ideally want 90's 45's and staights

tbh mate, its hard to help someone with so little info, have you tried the search button? i know theres only a dozen or so threads on this exact topic...

you can get 2" dia s/s dairy pipe quite cheap thats ideal for this imo, im gonna use these for the straights, and use the silicone bends you can get cheap off ebay

or you can do the above abd pay through the nose for lightwieght thinwall alloy pipe if your weight conscious

or you could use solid bends and long silicone straights, but i dont like this way

or you could get all metal pipe lengths and bend, and weld it all up

or you could get all metal tubes/bends and use silicone joiners

or you could go about it about a million other different ways, its a bit like hows longs a piece of string?
