Nah,,, it`s just bent the reverse gear slector "Arm",,, the one with the little pin sticking up into reverse gear,,, it`s just that they`re a pain in the arse to rip apart & stick back together,,, no problem tho,, just rather we didn`t have to do it,,, Old mate Stewy has reefed it out of reverse after a stall & it`s bent the little arm & now all the gears are stiff & locks te stick a bit here & there & it`s just one of those things,,, it`l be back on the track in a week or so www.miniman.com.au

hee hee Wil,,, you don`t realise how right you are actually,,, this big heavy thing with all that extra recipricating mass becomes an extra pile of oil pumps too , when you think about it ,,,, i can feel the power loss compared to my 4speed (ok it`s not tooo much), but it`s there & if i can feel it then, in my books, it`s not as good as say a really lightweight 5speed doggy,,, especially if that really lightweight internal-ed doggy was a sequential www.miniman.com.au

I was just recoing in auss it is very hot with the air density and a NA 8 port push rod engine it would be asking a lot for it to make 200+ hp On 17th Feb, 2009 Rob H said:

I think even the silly engined Minis will struggle to get past 150. Im sure some of the boffins on here would be able to calculate.
