Try another switch, they are notorious for breaking down. |

id have said the switch as well,but if its not that then id just bypass parts of the headlight loom with lenghts of wire pigybacking untill the lights worked, id start with a (fused)direct live to the switch and then work my way way along through the circuit.

you will have to trace to see if you have a live to the switch and then beyond to the lights, it seems daunting But ... thats the only way.
