i was thinking today, why do performance seats not come with special hooks or mounts for them? it seems an on-going debate about where the should be positiond and mounted. why not directly to the seat? they wont move anywhere in a crash where as they may do depending where they are mounted.

hmm perhaps because if the seat comes out you will still propel out of the vehicle |

Harness's normally come with mounts etc. On 19th Jan, 2010 wil_h said:

Not a good idea to have a harness mounted on a seat.
