Cheers steve. Have you done much to the internals of the zetec, do you have an estimated boost and power level??

I mate of mine is thinking a simular conversion for autograss racing.

Nothing yet, want to make sure the setup is ready for the power first!

Will have forged rods and pistons - cr of 8.5 - 9

uprated valve springs - a BIG must

focus rs cams

and the usual headwork

I also have a plenium from a sunny gtir, with 4 independant throttle bodies.
Which means i'll more than likely go for a jap turbo aswell, instead of a T34.

32psi of boost, i'll be happy with 360 - 400 bananas

people running 18-20 psi normally get 300bhp on the 2 litre black tops, 32 psi sounds like fun!

That’s come on quite a bit since I last saw it.

Its mini again. Looks good and proper functional with intent.

I didn’t make Avon this year. oil pressure issues and a bloody christening I had to go to.

MITP is my next target. Fingers crossed see you there.

I still o you some beers Steve. *wink*

Excellent, that looks fantastic. Are they split rim wheels or lookalikes?

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

Its a strange one, The wheels are superlight split rims. A few people have said they look good but ive never realy noticed! to be honest they're only on the car because i got them cheap secondhand! *oh well*

Looks like i shall be at mitp, and running now. As ive just finished the purchasing of a Specialist Components Typhoon ECU Package. That should get me there, and with a mapping session planned beforehand, ringing the most out of the testbed engines 140ish bananas! *evil*

to let the hot air out of the engine compartment.

due to how everything fits, i'll most probably run a chargecooler setup when the turbo goes on
