Toshiba laptop spare bits??

The hinges on my Toshiba laptop are buggered. I took it to bits earlier, suprisingly it is now back together as I type, but the hinges are still fucked.

I've had a look on Google but short of buying a second hand laptop off ebay to dismantle, I can't seem to find any new ones.

Anyone know any good spare parts suppliers? Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite Pro A40

I had exactly the same problem with my tosh. Lucky for me my old place of work had been stripping old toshibas for years so they had some spare. I don't know why I am telling you this as I don't work there any more so can't help.

alot of parts you can get from toshiba directly and they are ok for price. ebaying for parts is normaly a good place to start and there are also companies that brake old laptops and sell parts cant remember any off the top of my head lo
