Has any body had probs with them??

Yes they send out the wrong parts meaning you miss a show, they are crap on the phone when trying to sort things out.

steer clear if you havent made an order with them.

i made an order on the 20th and paid extra for special delivery, but the stuff hasn't arrived, they said they have tried 3 times to deliver which is crap cause i've been waitin for it in person, bunch of twats.

phone visa or whoever your card transation people are and claim it back.

Then take your buissiness elsewhere.

mini sport are good provideing you go into thier shop, there crap for anything else.

i have a feeling this could be in the wrong section!

Never had a problem with them - use them a lot. However, I never order from them, I always go and buy in person.

just look in the companies to aviod section before making any purchases......

From a previous string I learned that the best place to go is Minispares North -totally different attitude and very helpful

The main problem with Minisport is the Lancashire/ Yorkshire attitude which can be a bit dry, but if you know this in advance, you do get to see the better side of them.

Quality of some products I could question, but, I cant fault them otherwise

i waited three weeks to get my 1000 pounds worth through the post in dribs and drabs

when i bought my new rear subframe i bought it through them because they had a good deal on when the subframe and the fitting kit was bought together,
i payed for fast delivery i think it was 2-3 days and 2 weeks later the rear subby turned up (scratched and battered) and without the fitting kit, i phoned them, they told me the fitting kit was on order and i would have it in 2-3 weeks, and that the damage would need to be settled with the delivery company.
i sourced the fitting kit from else where it arrived next day the mini sport fitting kit never did turn up lol

i just bought some stuff from them
needed a long speedo cable and ended up buying other 'vital' bits..
they sent me the SHORT cable along with a few parts and without a few others.
will call tomrow

It is always best to ask is the parts are in stock before you buy, that goes for any company.

If they have the parts in stock, there is no excuse. You will find it more in the coming months where nobody has anything on the shelf, you buy something, they order it from their supplier, who order it from the manufacturer, who then make it.

Thankfully in Swindon, we have 2 local suppliers (JWD Autorite and Somerford) so i very rarely order parts from elsewhere

K all sorted now, stuff is getting delivered 2morrow, was a cock up between them and the delivery agency, delt with a very nice guy there tho, name is brendon very helpful and he gets back to u.

Going to the shops far better, i waited 3weeks to betold that my order had been cancelled as they tried to phone me on my mobile - which is never off so i re ordered and picked it up in the shop a few hours later as they had one in stock. customer service in the shop is good but on the phone and the ringing back as they say they will is questionable. My 2 pence.

Used them loads of times over the last 5 years, never had a problem and always used mail order either over the phone or via the website.

You have to remember (with any company) any kind of next day / special delivery is from the time they have the item in stock, not the next day after you place the order.

Have to say with a different company I had some issues and it turned out to all be the fault of the delivery company instead.
