Just after a salvage rover with a 1.8vvc engine in, so MGF, Rover 25 gti, MG ZR 160 etc that still starts and drives.

Seen a few at breaker dealers around £600-700 and engine seem to fetch £500 so thought i may as well get a full car, i get everything i need plus i can sell bits.

Just wondered if anyone had a licence for the auctions so i could maybe get one cheaper.

Want to get an engine for the midget to put in one corner as i fancy something like le-man in it so a few extra ponies plus a 5 speed box would be great. (using a ford type 9 gearbox but these seem to be v.cheap even rebuilt)
