I have a gearbox from an 88 N/A MG Metro which was rebuilt with a Jack Knight 4 syncro SC/CR Gearset, 3.44 Diff, 1:1 SC Jack Knight Drops. Done very few miles since being rebuilt using new genuine rover bearings, baulk rings, single diff pin etc.

Bought as a job lot still in car with engine. Was going to use box on my turbo project. Potentially changing my specs so may need to sell this little lot. Does anyone have and idea of rough values for the above box & drops.

Looking for a value for box & drops seperate and as a set if possible.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Shropshire.

I guess £400 ish for the box and £80 - £100 for the drops depending on condition.

i'd say around £300-£350 for the box if its a std diff fitted depending on condition, i sold mine with a 4 pin for just over £400.

i might know a man interested in the gearbox after xmas if you do sell it and its in good nick.
