Thanks to the Winter Vomitting Bug I've managed to loose a further 3kg and the weight is still comming off. Got to say it's a fair bit cheaper than buying TI parts but does leave you knackered and slightly delerious.

It took an entire week to loose the 3kg, 6 lbs is 4 days is blooming impressive mind. No idea what my temperature was / is mind it won't stay constant.

By the way I think I might be the lightest member of TM at 58kg assuming Super Adam put on some weight when he went through puberty.

i lost about the same as you rob the other week.

hard work down the gym trying to gain weight and then suddenly in 1 week i lose 3kg, joke.

around 65kg now hopefully wont take long to put it back on.

not going to weigh more than 11 1/2 stone though, dont want to lose the edge when the mini is finally running!

Don't, I normally have add an extra 10 kg to my weight when talking to girls as the seem to get offended when they find out I weigh less than they do.

The scary thing is I can still lift the back of the Don off the ground and I think I've lifted the back of Jimster's Mini off the ground as well.

EDIT although at the moment I think I'd struggle to lift much more than a matchbox car.

Wahoo! the new PABO catalogue* has arrived so I've got something to keep me amused whilst I try and keep my breakfast inside me.

EDIT: If you don't know what the PABO catalogue is please don't google it from a work computer. All I will say is that it's one of the benefits of having female housemates.

Well managed to put some weight on over Christmas and then lost it all Snowboarding, so I'm still hovering around 9 Stone.

im stuck around 66kg at the moment! managed to get back up close to what i used to be before christmas and then LOST weight over christmas somehow...

think of the weight advantage we have when were in a car though rob! (not that either of our proper competing cars are done yet but hey!) they wont be laughing then!! muhahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

anyway, ive got a new gym plan for the next 2-3 months so we will see how that works out...just the weekends off to work on the car...lots of protein...and a decent amount of cardio to keep the fat away *wink*
