Hmm look how high the revs go, you would be in the bottom half constantly.

He does a 9k one - look on Ebay, he sells them on there. I've not found that particular item for sale from anyone else other than this chap. I was going to get one as they seem good quality, but its just a bit rich at the moment with everything else I need for the car.

Bringing this back up again has anyone got one of these they use? I have seen they do some specifically for the classic mini using the speedo drive for the speed pick up.
I have seen quite a few others but never really liked them has anyone got info on differnt speedos as well

Had a word with them at the last show i went to, for £450 i think, you get the speedo drive, all the sensors neccessary, 1/4 mile time, 0-60 times and loads of other random gizmos, and coloured backlight. Im definately getting one in the future for mine, looks a very good piece of kit.

Quite a few people are using them now. I've had one for over 2 years now. I did have an issue with it, but Jon at Digital Speedo's replaced it for me no problem. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had one of these to fit for a customer. Good not get the rev counter working and Jon at digital speedo's didn't help much. Said he would send a new replacement but sent another used unit which still didn't work. I tried a race technology dash 2 which I had in stock, took the signals from the same places and it worked great. I'd not recommend digital speedo's

I think these are off motorbikes and jazzed up a bit, ive seen some at shows that go up to 13K.

If you want that sort of style and can cope with the revs not getting to the top of the scale might be worth going to bike scrappers? Get one off a R1 or something.

Ive got a ETB digi dash lite, top notch stuff and about £450 came with everything.

I've been running one on the Midas for over a year now, it does what it says on the tin though it's fuel gauge didn't get on with the Metro tank sender so I wouldn't hold out any hope for the Mini sender working.

The aftersales service from John Pullara at Digital Speedos is excellent, I'd buy from them again without hesitation.

Thats the one i was looking at, and at the shows they have 90mm gauges like these that could i guess be made to fit mini dashes, although a tad on the expensive side

Somewhere around Swindon

Dont see the point

chuck in a standard speedo and spend £450 making your car faster or in Pauls case anything to get it to run *wink*
