I have lost a stone in weight this year. My mini is coming off the road and going on a diet as well.

if your having kids in the back, pad the cage well with the proper stuff, otherwise itll do more harm than good "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

Ive done cf roof, doors, flipfront, arches, bumpers, wing mirrors, boot stripped out the interior, including the heater and fitted poly windows, and i still cant pick the car up!!!

imo rear roll cage with rear passengers isnt a good idea. no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.
