Mines a TDK but i specified it would be mk1. If your that bothered Dave will make one a tad thicker for you.

would he also be able to make the bonnet with hinge brackets so i can sill just lift the bonnet up?

If you use fibreglass to stick some brackets on the heat from cureing could distort the skin. I had this problem once with a GRP bonnet. Id use something like Sikaflex Paul I seriously doubt it! |

Well after 5 hours of fettling, cutting, fibreglassing, fillering, and sanding, it fits perfect. So im happy with it.
