1976 MINI CLUBMAN TUBRO PROJECT/SHELL WITH PICS!

Its a 1976 clubman shell (with V5) with the front chopped off ready for flip front conversion.. its had its rear arches tubbed and also been de-seamed, dash rails have been re-inforced and most welding has been done.

However does need about 4 small patches done in the boot and footwell but. ill be selling it with a COMPLETE megajolt light igniton and half a turbo engine, i also have a turbo bulkhead box.

The suspension has been uprated and has adjustable tie rods and 1.5 negative camber lower arms polybushed. The rear subframe is complete and has spacerd rear drums. I have one door, 2 steering racks, a steering column, a brand new front mounted rad, 2 aftermarket exhausts, complete turbo inlet and carb, steering wheel, 2 fuel tanks, duplex timing gear, bootlid, all glass, brand new quickshift, turbo block, turbo crank (6581), 2 front spax adjustable shox and a bucket of random spares.

engine block is a 1275turbo just been honed with new cam bearings, ready to be built on.

thats not a bad price. if i wasn't paying for a wedding then i would have had it and ditched the shell keeping all the spares.

might be worth ebaying it all indevidually

ok, ill bite, how can you tell its not a clubman?? i always thought it was just the inner wings and the front panels that were different, and theyre non existant?!!??!

And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers!

there's enough of the inner wings to know it was not a clubby

on clubmans the wings widen at the top, they dont go up vertical to the top

personally, i wouldnt give a shit about getting any old shell, and any old log book, and building a car out of them

that said, i wouldnt be slly enough to sel it on tinterweb, especially a forum with at least one policeman as a member lol
