I've got some tatty old alloy wheels to get rid of, I'm sure on my travels around this area I've seen somewhere that offers £5 a wheel for old alloys, anyone know where it is??

there's a tyre place just down from cundy cross in barnsley which was offering £5 per wheel last time i went. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

most scrap metal dealers were offering more than that, but crap metal prices have dropped massively lately, (as you probably know) you may struggle! turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

whats the scrap price now for Aluminium , is it back down to 50p ish per kg ? |
