If i was to change my timing gear setup to a belt drive setup would the engines breathing system have to be improved as i would be loosing a breather? I already have a breather off the transmission case and a breather from the rocker cover too a catch tank. This would be on a fresh rebuild. Any help appreciated Ron

I guess with the mini engine breathers are a little less important than the inline A series where we have a problem with oil leaking past the rear main to the garage floor,especially if the breathers are in any way inadequate. I have breathers from the crankcase, the timing cover and the rocker cover and its still only just about good enough. |
