If i was to change my timing gear setup to a belt drive setup would the engines breathing system have to be improved as i would be loosing a breather? I already have a breather off the transmission case and a breather from the rocker cover too a catch tank. This would be on a fresh rebuild. Any help appreciated Ron

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Would of thought that would manage perfectly well.

My old mig engine had one from the transmission case to the rocker cover, then out the rocker cover. made it neat.

I stuck the timing cover one in as it was on there, no other reason. just tee-d it in. although i may well get rid of it this winter to tidy it up and loose weight *happy*

Do you really think that is a bargain, or are you being sarcastic?

Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem.

The pictures wont come up for me with that link joey, But from what i can gather it's rather overpriced *happy* I reackon my current setup cost about £10! I didnt think it would effect the engine greatly but just wanted to see what other peoples opinions were!

I guess with the mini engine breathers are a little less important than the inline A series where we have a problem with oil leaking past the rear main to the garage floor, especially if the breathers are in any way inadequate. I have breathers from the crankcase, the timing cover and the rocker cover and its still only just about good enough.

Alas...I would love to take credit for it, but mate at work done it for some beer money. I just gave it a quick polish.
I'm not consistant enough to do other peoples. :(

Edit..I give you the ally tube offcut back from the catch tank over Christmas Joe.
