Well its about time ...

Beach 2009 is approaching ...

I was going to launch an ambitious training program to be proud to show me very slim and attractive when the summer comes.

I was going to wait until it became a little warmer but I felt so tagged to begin immediately. I hope there are more of you who want to be with me. It is so good with a little jacking sometimes.

Although i think i need to make more of an effort since i promised to run a 10k at the end of march!

get a motor bike and ride next to the runners, after all its the thought that counts!

i need to start some serious fitness work in the gym when im allowed back in. got a commando day obstacle course thingy majigy doo darr next year! *gulp*
