i know some one who just got their hands on one and its mint with a intake to suit and aparently these are worth alot of money??

anyone know about these carbs???

I have a feeling that they were flavour of the month 40 years ago.

iirc They had a power advantage over the SU, but they were crap at anysort of fuel economy and emission regulations killed them off.

i heard that they originated from a nascar carb design but the bloke who was making them didnt have the pattend

and they were discontinued but aparently there very tunable???

vizard talks about them in the a series book. apparently quite good as a performance carb. dont know about economy though, and they do seem to be pretty rare.

You'll be lucky, iv seen a few of them go on ebay over the past couple of years all go for roughly about £40-£60...
